About Me
I help emerging artists, professional creatives, coaches, healers and small business innovators to thrive in their career and business by helping them transform blocks and obstacles into powerful resources for growth using Meta Coaching, The Integrative Enneagram and Generative Change practices.
I work with an incredibly varied cross-section of people: from professional creatives who utilise their artistic talents and unique way of thinking in their career or business, to imaginative individuals who enjoy their creative expression as a deep source of personal connection and fulfilment.

Before I commenced professional coaching, I worked in the publishing and music industries. I understand the ‘Creative Soul’ and the complex palette of experiences that this entails. I am deeply familiar with the joys and the challenges of balancing creative expression with the practicalities of ‘doing life’ – a prospect that can be overwhelming for many who possess the unique nature of the Creative Soul.
I work with creative individuals to help them reach their highest potential by enabling them to eliminate limiting beliefs and other mental barriers that are blocking their creativity, and overcome procrastination. I can also assist with the development of a carefully devised career path or business plan, when that is needed.
I have organized major events ranging in scale from national and state-wide conferences to community and musical events, facilitated small and large group gatherings, and worked in artist management and publishing. I own and manage two successful businesses, and I have worked professionally with thousands of people via personal and group coaching.
My own creativity finds its artistic expression as a songwriter, playing with paint and via creative writing. I also enjoy the challenge of ‘thinking outside the box’ to find innovative solutions in business and special projects.
I have a love of learning and I am committed to my ongoing personal and professional development. I hold multiple professional coaching qualifications, which means my clients have access to the latest coaching tools and methodologies available to help them overcome their struggles and achieve success. I also have a deep appreciation for and understanding of the creative process – notably, the way creativity enables insights and an ‘unlocking’ in situations where more mechanical theories and schemes often fail.
I am a lifelong student of mindfulness and conscious living, and I incorporate these practices with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Meta-Coaching, Integral Theory, the Integrative Enneagram (a personality profiling tool for self-awareness and growth), as well as the creative arts in my work as a coach.
I am grateful for the many people I have connected with over the years – friends, clients, colleagues and advisors who have supported me and challenged me in my own creativity and business ventures. I am richer for those relationships and I look forward to getting to know you, too.
